Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with another of the same kind, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original item's level, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.
The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage that weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To create them, you need an upgrade level token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer to reroll, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the durability of the item. This is a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in battle, but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. However, there are many methods to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is reached.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to offer an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them extra effects or an increased item level. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, including crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once item upgrader is placed into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but more for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing it. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
